Refund Policy

Sonafold is run by Zane as an individual. This policy covers every package (Cover + Canvas, Release Kit and Full Release). You pay at checkout, reply to our confirmation email with your song, and we deliver by email.

Before delivery

• You can get a full refund at any time before delivery. Reply to any of our emails, or write to contact@sonafold.com, and say so. We do not ask why.
• If we have not started receiving songs by 2026-11-10, every order is refunded in full automatically. You do not need to ask.
• If your order may be late, we email you the new date. Reply "refund" and you get a full refund the same day.
• For a Full Release, a song longer than 3 minutes is quoted by email first (the difference is charged only if you agree). You can choose a refund instead.

After delivery

• For 14 days after delivery, every file can be redone once for free.
• A file that does not pass the platform checks (for example Canvas length and frame, cover size, or text on a Canvas) is redone at no cost, as many times as it takes.
• If you are still not happy after the first redo, you get a full refund.

How refunds reach you

Refunds go back to the card or payment method you paid with. Banks usually show them within 5 to 10 business days.
