Terms of Service

Sonafold is run by Zane as an individual. We make release visuals for songs: cover art, Spotify Canvas loops, lyric videos, promo shorts and music videos. These terms apply to the website and to every order. Sonafold is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Spotify or any other platform; platform names are used only to describe file formats.

Packages and prices

Release Kit	$29.9 (early access $19.9)	The cover art and Canvas, a lyric video for the whole song (16:9 and 9:16), and three 15-second vertical shorts.
Full Release	$199.9 (early access $169.9)	Everything in the Release Kit, plus a full music video (16:9) that alternates performance and story shots. Songs up to 3 minutes only.

Payment is taken at checkout through Stripe. For a song longer than 3 minutes on a Full Release, we email you a quote for the difference before we start; you can agree or ask for a refund.

How an order works

• At checkout you give your email, an artist name and confirm that you own the rights to the song.
• After payment you get a confirmation email. Reply to it with your song (WAV or MP3), the lyrics (not needed for Cover + Canvas), the song title and your artist name. For large files, send a download link.
• We send three watermarked cover options. You pick one, and we make the rest.
• Every package is delivered within 7 days of receiving your song. For a Full Release, the Release Kit and the music video may arrive together or the music video first, but all of it within those 7 days.
• Everything is delivered by email as download links.

Watermarked previews are for evaluating the work only and may not be used for release.

Your song and your rights

You must own, or have the right to use, the song, the recording and the lyrics you send us, and the right to have visuals made for them. Do not send anything that infringes someone else's rights.

You keep all your rights in your song and lyrics. We use them only to make your order, and for nothing else. We do not use them to train any model. See the Privacy Policy for how long we keep them.

What you receive and may use

The visuals we deliver are yours to use, including to release and promote your song and for commercial purposes: streaming profiles, social media, video platforms and press.

We use your order as an example on our website or in promotion only if you agree to it first.

The visuals are generated with automated tools. They may resemble other people's work, and we cannot promise they qualify for copyright protection. Check each file before you publish it, including spelling and the way people appear. We cannot guarantee that a platform or distributor will accept a file; they apply their own review.

Acceptable use

Do not use Sonafold for anything unlawful; to infringe anyone's rights; to show a real person without their consent or to mislead people about who someone is; for hateful or harassing content or sexual content involving minors; or to interfere with the service. We may decline or cancel an order, with a refund, if we reasonably believe these terms are broken.

Redos and refunds

Our Refund Policy is part of these terms. In short: a full refund any time before delivery; one free redo of each file within 14 days after delivery; files that fail the platform checks are redone without limit; and a full refund if you are still not happy after the first redo. If a payment was duplicated or unauthorised, contact us as well.

Rights complaints

If you believe something we made uses your work, name or likeness without permission, email contact@sonafold.com with what you believe was used, where it appears and how to reach you. We may remove the material and pause related orders.

Availability and liability

We work to deliver on time, but do not promise identical results for every song. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here removes rights that cannot be excluded by law.

The date above identifies this version. A change does not affect an order already paid for. Contact: contact@sonafold.com. Uploads on the website are coming later.
